March Meet information......................

8 pm (Dinner)

Who: All Team NvUs member(mandatory) and all other auto enthusists are welcomed.

Why: To meet more people...................Also, if you are interested to join Team NvUs and find out what we are about.

well so far i got 1 240sx coming to the meet w/ new engine put in last week and custom paint job and a silvia turbo very soon...looks very nice in my opinion. and i also got about 3 maybe four cars coming up (2 s-dimes and some other cars). i'm trying to get some more peeps to make this meet an even better success!

i see this maroon 2nd gen alty with a body kit in a shop next to the dmv here in arlington, i'll see if i can get this guy out there too. but i'll talk to you guys later...

update: i put a post up on dfwscene.com about this meet and a crew called HR Motorsports (hybrid revolution) are interested in coming to this meet. geez....is this too many poeple??!?

We can never have too many cars!!!

The more the better!! It just sounds like our NvUs meets are gonna be NvUs car shows pretty soon!!!

Hmm...I'm not so sure about that.
The reason January's meet was so successful
was that we had quality and quantity.
I'd sure hate to sacrifice one for the other.

So far we've been lucky not attracting the riced
out Civics and Teg's. That's due primarily to Albert
and I's careful marketing and advertising tactics.
Team NvUs is held to a higher standard, and we
try very hard to get that message across in our
promotions.

If, in the future, anyone's going to "advertise"
our events, please get the "o.k." from either Albert
or myself before doing so.

True true! yeah, thats why I like going to your meets....its quality...not as much quantity, but it's growing. Thats something i like to see, and it's something you don't see everyday which makes it even better! I hope it stays like that.

We HAD ricers show up, but they leave as quickly as they came by probably because it's not what they expected, an orgainized group of people hanging out and not setting up any street racing........

I think I can remember a few riced-out rides there before as well. You are correct Albert..........they would hang out for a little while just to check out the "competition" and then take off pretty early......normally just around the time things are getting really good!!

The point I was trying to make was that
as long as we control the advertising we can
minimize the risk of rice exposure.
I realize that the occasional APC Civic
will show up but as Albert pointed out, he
will leave as soon as he realizes the quality
of the machinery vastly surpasses his...
