New Truck....

Well, I sold the old Chevy Pick-Up and switched over to Ford for a daily driver. Best looking '97 F-150 XLT I've ever seen. 20" MB KL-77's with 305/50/20" Khumo's, nurf bars, Leer Topper, straight pipes with glass packs. Here's a few picks...

Good looking truck. Congrats. My 97 HB was totalled about a month ago. Working on a new project. Will be posting pics soon! Give me a shout sometime. I am at Paris Harley now. I should be in town before too long, we'll have to hit up Lou's or something.

JNCo, thanks man...4.2L V6...for better gas mileage.

HEATHE, relax dude...I said it's a "daily driver" as in I own more than one car. The other car is a Nissan, btw...
Also, you're in a car club sub-forum. People drive anything in here...

Chad, man it's hard to keep up with you...you're like a rolling stone. Let me know next time you're in town. Haven't been to Fry St. since they started "commercializing" it. Lou's is still there tho-

Why not lower it a little? Nothing drastic.

Looks very nice though...very clean.

Thanks Jeff.
Stock height is o.k. with me. If I want low, I'll jump in the Altima.
Truck culture is a little different esp. here in TX. Most dudes prefer to go higher (lift kits) on full size trucks rather than lower unless you're doing the "mini" thing, in which case you would find yourself in the weeds.

Just preference I guess.

If I were to buy a truck and lift it then it would be for knobby tires...if I buy a truck and put shiny, non-offroad rims then I'd lower it.

I still like the look of your truck though.

I think street rims look good on stock height trucks too...
