Coil-over or strut and spings?
i'm looking for a confy ride in my S13 and i would like to know what is best for me without burning a hole in my pocket.
i will add aftermaker sway bars, strut bars on my car and it will be a daily driven so i want it to be conftable but still able to hug corners...
what do you guys suggest under 900$?
p.s. i just want 1"-2" drop.
thank you

Well heres my suggestion if you want to stay on a budget but still upgrade handling:

KYB Gr-2 Shocks/Struts - $159 (This is the price on ebay brand new, anywhere else its $250+)
Tein S Springs - $160
Greddy Front + Rear Strut bar - $200

I have the shocks and front strut bar right now. Shocks ride smooth and ALOT better than stock. You can feel less sway from just having the front strut bar alone. Im going to buy the rear one after my tranny swap. I didnt buy springs becuase Im going to buy full coilovers in a few months.

Look on www.hopupracing.com
they have great prices on everything.

well, since you're on a budget, i would reccomend the shock and spring combo, as a coil over kit can cost well into 2k, granted a coil over is best, the price reflects it too much, so i would go with the KYB gr-2 shocks.

Koni Yellows and Ground Controls will cost just about $900. Koni has a lifetime warranty and the Ground Control springs are interchangeable, so you can swap them out for stiffer or softer springs.
