a lil help with my buggy

ok so i've taken my buggy for a few test drives, and before i explain my problem i want to explain something

i have wheel adapters on my drums, thats use bolts to attach to the drum, the left side is missing one of those bolts, and the both the front 2 wheels only have 4/5 lug's, i'm getting this fixed soon

ok now on to my problem, while driving any little bump makes the left wheel bounce like a bitch, and at around 30 it wobbles, i've had both wheels baleneced so i know its not that

i was thinking its the shocks, the alignment, or the missing bolts, what do you guys think?

Always fix known problems first then try to diagnose the other problems

known problem is being fixed in 3 hours, but how much affect would the missing bolts have on the drivibility of the vechile?

and am i correct in assuming that the bouncing at speed is the shocks? and the wobble being bad alignment
