suspension problem?

have a problem with a 1990 nissan maxima, while driving and i lift my foot
off the gas pedal the car shimmies. any idea what the problem is, i'm
guessing the struts are at fault because its shot or is it my alignment?

My guesses would include the dampers and the motor mounts.

all the mounts and dampers were already changed.

it was changed before the problem. what i noticed is that the owner didnt want to change his struts.
