Well, if you want to know what to ask to decide whether or not these coils are worth it, here are a quick first round of questions you can ask them:
1. What are the spring rates of the kit for the B13 Sentra?
2. What kind of metal are they made out of?
3. What kind of heat treatment has been applied to that metal (goes with #2)?
4. Are these springs pre-set from the factory?
5. Do you or the manufacturer provide a sag (set) warranty? (what is it?)
6. What dampers (struts/shocks) are this kit made to work with?
7. What is the free length of the springs?
The problem is that with most cheap springs and coilovers, the dealer nor the manufacturer can provide good answers for these questions (or not provide them at all). Don't blame the dealer if they don't know it either. If they don't have that information on hand, it's the manufacturer's fault for not providing it (any good spring manufacturer will unload tons of information on the dealer to prove how their spring isn't the same metal coil "thing" that their competitors make). The makers of those "expensive, brand name" coilovers are usually the only ones who can answer these questions, and it's often the case that they're the only ones that are real options.
The unfortunate fact of the matter is that when you come to stuff like this, brand name matters. Going cheap on materials and shoddy on construction means a poor ride and bad handling in the best case, and dangerous steering/braking/turning characteristics in the worst case. The more knowledgable people (well, most of the more knowledgable people here anyway) know this and will not touch anything that they aren't 100% sure lives up to their standards. If you want to know if these springs are going to live up to your standards, you're going to have to ask the maker and find out for yourself.
