Would stillen spec v rotors fit on my 2002 gxe? I wanted to get a big brake kit but i figured i might as well get better rotors and new pads.

you'll need b15 SE or SER/Spec V calipers. If you can get your hands on the calipers cheaply, they'll work and help braking a lot (given you get good pads, like hawk hps or carbotech)
