When im coming to a stop there is a noise that seems to be coming from the back right wheel that goes da da da all the way until i stop. like if i stop more gradually its a slow da da da. but if its a fast stop its very repetitive. this is only when using my foot brakes. if i use my ebrake to slow down it doesnt do it until i actually come to a stop. and, if my ebrake is on, when im at a stop and i slam myself back in my seat it makes the noise. whats goin on?

Your rear drums probably need to be adjusted. Take a look in the haynes manual (or really, any basic service guide) for instructions on how to do it. All it really involves is taking the drums off of the brakes, sticking a screwdriver in there, and using it to turn a little dial.
