Unhappy fixing sagging right front

My car is sagging in the right front. I put some rubber spring helpers that worked for a bit. Do I need some new springs or can I cut the two front springs to match? My 1987 coupe was hit in the left rear about on the corner and that is what caused the problem. Guess? Help!

Don't cut the springs. That isn't going to help. The fatigued/damaged spring is going to compress more easily than the one that's still good, even if the front looks even. That and I don't think we need to tell you how dangerous cut springs are, both to you and your equipment.

Chances are, the best and safest way to deal with this is to replace the springs.

Springs are cheap. Any ricer will sell you his stock springs.
