Question CLamping Springs

does anyone know the instructions on how to clamp your springs?
i Have "Supension Solutions Performance series" and it has instructions but not to clear to me.

-it says jack up ur car stablize with jack stand.

-jack up the suspension? does it mean to use a jack to make the spring as if ur car was sittin on then with the tires?

well if anyones does this b4 please explain. because i have springs and they arent relly droppd' on my ride. i jsut wanna clap it a bit ...

It doesn't sound like it's talking about clamping the springs at all. To me, it just sounds like "jack your car up on whichever side you're working on (Front/Rear) and support that end with jack stands".

I can't imagine how you could get this to work and even if you did it would be very dangerous.

What exactly are you doing to your suspension? If you need to compress your springs then go to an auto parts store and rent some spring compressors. They are pretty much like a vice grip designed for springs.
