motor mount insert help?

im a noob at NEthing dealing with suspension or mounts or that sort of thing. Does NE1 know step-by step (or as close as possible) how to install motor mount inserts?

i got the ES torque inserts. has 4 peices: 2 circular ones that go around on one mount (i think its the one nearer to the rear of the car, and there is a rectangular kinda peice and another cylinder shaped peice. my friend has told me the back is somewhat easier, the front dogbone mount is harder. i was hoping to do this myself and i dunno what i need. i think there are 2 14mm bolts per mount. but like what do i do after i loosen those...do i need ramps or a lift or just a jack?

Thanks

you just need to get the car off the ground using a jack and jackstands. you def. want to support the engine using a jack. its scary for 1/2 sec when the engine drops in the mounts after you remove the rear mount. you just remove the bolt holding the rear mount to the engine(its horizontal), unbolt the front mount from the engine, remove the 4 bolts holding the crossmember on and drop it. all the bolts should be the same size too. you just press the 2 weird looking pieces into the rear mount using your hands or by stepping on the mount. the front one you just pop out the round and rectangular bushings and pop the new ones in. it helps to have a vice, but you can always just put it on the floor and stand on them. i hope this helps some.

And if you can't get them in, you can always have a local machine shop press them in.
