suspension and braking help

rather than open a million new threads i was hoping to get all my questions answered with only one. Here goes:
1.If I dropped my 93 B13 NX1600 with the prokit what size wheel would benefit me the most.(going for great handling)
2.If I were to get Disc brakes installed in the back how much am I looking at spending?Just hoses, rotors, calipers, discs and maybe a master cylinder right?
thaks for all your help.

1) wheel size for handling is not dependent upon ride height
2) ???

Poke around the board. Lots of opinions about wheels and tires. Some are more appropriate than others depending upon your mission.
