Hyperco's over stock dampers

Hey all - I'll be getting hyperco springs (300/200) from the latest production run via sr20deforum, to go onto my 1600NX. Unfortunately, I won't be able to afford AGX's for some number of months to complement the springs, so my question is whether I should mount the hyperco's over the stock dampers, or leave them off until I get the full kit. What would the performance implications be? How quickly would the stockers die? Any input would be very appreciated!

Stock struts are too soft for stock springs, you'll really dislike the stcok struts with Hypercos.

I am running my Hypercoil Gen 2 with KYB GR-2's. They are a little stiffer then the stock shocks and though they are not perfect they are not bad with the Hypercoils. Just a thought on something cheaper than AGX's.
