Rear Disc Conversion

hey guys,
maybe someone can help me out. see, i have a 97 sentra and i wanna do a rear disc brake conversion. i've seen NPM's B11's conversion but i don't know if it relates at all. i need to know what parts i would need and from what car. don't the se-r have rear disc brakes? are there any upgrades? well anything you guys can help me with would be greatly appreciated.
