Question H & R or Tein???

I wanted to know which company is better H & R or Tein & why? I also want to know what is better from these companies, coilovers or springs?...depending on which company you think is better. I am asking, because i want some GOOD advice before i make up my mind on a final decision.

H&R doesn't make coilovers for the B14 as far as I know, only springs. Tein, as you probably know, offers springs and full coilovers for the B14. As for which to get, the full coilovers is what you want. As for as doing compromises, the only way to enjoy the lowering springs is by getting shortened dampers. Hmm, that's all the info I can think of right now...
