Question Coilovers or Springs?

I am considering to get better suspension for my 200sx SE. I am not really into racing it at this moment, because i crashed my old car which was stick, and now i am paranoid. Anywayz, i wanted to get H & R Springs, because i heard that they are a better ride, and easier to install than coilovers. But since i am mainly having my car for show, i would like (ocasionally) to drop some more....what should i do?

About the instalation they´re almost the same. It would depend on what are your goals and cash...I would recomend the Ground Control coilover setup.

If you want anywhere near a decent ride get some shortened damper coilovers or shortened dampers for lowering springs.

actually I think that coilovers are easier to install, since you don't have to compress the spring again to put them back on. I would choose coilovers for that reason, and the fact that you can adjust them whichever way you like.
