The rubber bumper/dust cover of the struts is separated in half. Any suggestions on where to buy replacements or better quality ones?

ur local autozone,napa, advance, places like that or just scrounge a junkyard. im sure they might have some lying around or if ur lucky enough to still have a yard in ur area that u can walk in and remove stuff urself........go for it. or just save urself the trouble and spend 20 bones
