'97 240sx Pillow mounts problem

Ok, here is my problem. I took my 240sx to a body shop, Autopro, here in Miami, FL to get a s15 conversion and they ended up cutting my springs (If you live in miami, don't take your car there) . Now, the whole suspension is messed up, so I have to replace it.

I ended up buying gold line springs and kyb shocks, but i need to replace the upper pillow mounts too. I dunno if I should go with kyb or hks pillow mounts. Should I go with kybs because the shocks are kybs or that doesn't matter? am I gonna have any problems with the gold line springs with these two types of pillow mounts?

Thanks for the help in advance.

what do you plan on doing with the car?
If you don't have any camber issues, then you can just install some new KYB mounts and call it a day.

If you have issues with camber and you don't plan on drifting, racing, or autoXing the car, then you can use the "crash bolts" to adjust your camber into spec and replace the mounts with the KYB.

If you plan to do any hard driving with the car though, then I recommend getting some quality camber plates like the HKS units. the crash bolts don't hold very well and the strut and steering knuckle can slip on a hard corner or on bumpy roads. been there, done that. throws your alignment all out of whack the first pothole you hit after you leave the alignment shop.

I also recommend you give people more than a couple of hours to reply to posts in here- especially during a holiday when there's very few people online. give people a couple days to reply.

I don't have camber issues I just need to replace them because the original ones are in really bad shape. I just want a smooth drive. Its seems by what you are telling me that KYBs are the right choice for me.

Thanks a lot for your advice.
