Lowering Spring help

OK, would a 2inch drop on an 88 Xe SC but to extreme on a 205/45/16 tire ? im contemplating if its to big of a drop on my car? would anyone else recomend another spring height for the car. there dropzone springs with an alround 2inch drop and there $93.00 from JGY. im try stay below 140 used or new. any advice would help, thanks.
