Beam bending with sway bar

Is it possible to retain a suspension techniques rear sway bar after beam bending? Also what is the closest place to dallas that can bend a b14 beam? I read theres one in california and colorado, but as far as i could find those are the only ones if they still both even do it.

Steve Foltz out east also does it but I haven't heard of anybody down near TX. Last I heard he was doing a group deal in PA next May.
