questions about tire width
first question is whats the widest 17inch rim anyone's been able to put on a 2005 spec V. without rubbing or having to roll the wheel well.
second question is, in order to clear brembo brakes is it mandatory to have a 47offset or do other aftermarket manufacturers make rims that clear them and are not 47offset.
just for conversations sake, id love to find a 17x9 rim that cleared the brembos and wouldnt rub. even if i had to roll the inside wheel well id do it. car would look so sick with that wide a tire. (of course id try and find the lightest weight possible)
Im actually looking for for light weight rims that are 17s but im trying to find something thats at least 8 inches wide (17x8's) that are black with a polished lip if not i guess i can settle for straight black. if anyone has any suggestions im open.
