S14 swap

I have a stock 1998 240sx, it is an automatic and I want to swap it out. I found some fairly good prices on front clips for a black top. The clip has a manual transmission and the ecu, wire harness, etc. What I need help with is what else I will need to do this swap. I have heard I will have to change the rearend and cut my driveshaft. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Is there full kits on swapping or places that I can go to help me so I do not pull it out and get stuck with a pile of medal.

No need to change the differential. However the A/T driveshaft is about 3/4" longer then an M/T driveshaft but should work OK.
