OIL OIL Every Where Please Help!

I Recently replaced the gaskets on my turbo. well when i put the parts back on i start driving around. well i noticed a big puddle of oil on my freinds drive way. so I pop the hood and i see no sign. then i turn on the car and take a look and i see oil squirting out of the oil line that goes to my turbo. (oil commin out of the block). well i go and try to tighten the bolt. comes out that the sun of a bitch is striped. now my car is stranded. does any one know of any solutions in fixing the striped threads on the engine block. someone please help

Find out the size of the fitting and get a HeliCoil rethreading kit.

naw it'll be good if he does the job right. i had to re thread a whole block a while back using a tap and die set. it turned out great. you just need the right equipment. you'll need plastic garbage bags, tap and die set, masking tape, an engine stand and a speed wrench. compressed air would help too.

Same thing happend to me when i droped my motor in. I had to put a heil coil in and it is a 12mmx1.25. just get the kit and youll have to get a drill bit too(31/64). just be carefull when your drilling the hole! its pretty easy but make sure you have room for the drill. good luck.
