No. I believe there are some SR20DETT engines out there, they're just uncommon. Were the guys that told you that in the military? There were two guys here in SC that said the samething about a person in PA having a twin turbo sr20, and they were heading to miami.

A couple of months ago, I saw on phase2motortrend, a twin turbo setup on a SR engine. I didn't realize it at first, but at a second glance, I saw that it had some really small turbos on it.

agreed. Not enough exhaust gases to push the turbos.

Ricers talk about twin turbos, there is no reason for them. Next time call them flat out stupid.

twin turbos are not better functioning on a 4 cylinder, getting a single big turbo is better, on 6 or bigger is a whole different story

I disagree most TT supra owners looking for real HP ditch the twins for a single setup, same with rx-7s.

yeah but im just sayin the twin turbo is really for 6 or 8 cyl not 4, especsially if it is a v-6, but obviously it just depends on what your trying to do, where you want the power at cause different size turbos give you power at different rpm's where as two small turbos could give you power in one spot but one big turbo would be different

What!?!

Do your research! Just becuse you havn't seen it, doesn't mean it's stupid or can't be done. There are many ways to connect twin turbines to an engine which it seems that most of you are clueless to.

Try it w/ a non-sequential set-up (one turbine boosting another). If you still have too much lag try a smaller sized inter-cooler and (or) piping, if possible.
