Throttle Cable short

I swapped my SR into my 93 240 chassis and the original throttle cable is too short. When it hooks onto the throttle body it is short so it has the throttle body already being pulled. As if there is throttle being applied.

Did anyone else run into this problem while swapping?

If so what did you do or if not what should I do...thank you
