Is there an american replacement for the sr20det blacktop coilpacks or do i need to order from japan?

I dont think there is an american replacement. You can probly find a used one on of the sites... enjuku phase2... or buy a splitfire aftermaket coils... good luck

you can usually get used ones for around 35$ each from enjukuracing.com, heavythrotle.com, sr20store.com, phase2motortrend.com.

you can also buy the splitfire coilpacks, however they are somewhat expensive. phase2motortrend.com is the cheapest place i have seen them for 400$.

Im not for sure so dont quote me on it, but Ive read that they are interchangable with the coil packs on the 95 maxima. I dont know for sure because I havent looked into it. It was just listed on a parts interchange guide on someones web page.
