s13 SR20DET order of modifications

I have searched this site and a few others to see if they have something like the following link for the S13 SR20DET (http://www.z31.com/nfaq/faqview.php?ParentID=7, this site gave parts to modify first so you didn't destroy your motor and also a choice of options for each modification depending on your buget and your goals)
I am going to install a redtop SR20DET into a 1991 hardbody pickup and would like to produce about 350whp. Things that I would like to know are when the stock parts are maxed out (I.E. the stock T25 turbo seems to max out at about 250-260whp). I personally am looking for a setup that doesn't have turbo lag for a quicker responce, but I do understand that the bigger the turbo usually the more lag. The other thing that affects me is I travel alot so if I could become fuel efficent this would be a bouns. I know there are thousands of different combinations I could use but hope this will answer a few general questions to help many people out.

1. Full Exhaust
2. All filters for high perf items
3. Front mount intercooler and piping
4. Boost control
5. Brakes and good tyres
6. Fuel pump
7. Clutch
8. LSD and suspension items

That will get you to around 220 hp or so. The next step is a big leap because most of it has to be done in one go.

Turbo, Injectors (550cc+), Z32 AFM, ECU retune
The right turbo choice will get you to 350.
