Just curious if anyone knows roughly how much an sr20de
(thats right non-turbo)clip or complete with ecm ,harness,
etc would run. I'm talking rwd. Its hard to find info on these since the det's are so popular. Thanks guys.

I found my SR20DE engine on ebay for 500.00 (546.00 I went to Georgia to pick it up.) There's an ebay store called JHOT exports. They are a legitimate store in Georgia. With my engine I got a S14 engine, transmission, complete wiring harness. ecu, all accesories, maf, even the k-member. So I would look on ebay for anything like that. I believe shipping would be like $250.00 anywhere. I'm not sure on that, but it should be close. Good luck looking.
for a DE your looking at about 2-3k at the most for a clip, average i belive is 2200...

Thanks for the help guys....I'm pretty sure you can pick them up cheap since everyone wants the turbo version. I'm thinking about maybe a s13 notchback

Hit the wrong key! Anyways I'm thinking about maybe going all motor and lightweight. Like cams,intake,exhaust,header I think it would be fun and be different not to mention bulletproof and cheap. With those mods I would be around 150 to 160 at the wheels and with some weight reduction and suspension have one hell of a track/drift machine with insane throttle response and handling. Jim
