i need help w/ a swap

now this isnt your normal swap. I am thinking about swaping an sr20det into an 88 VW scirocco. the specs on the rocco are as follows:
wheelbase 94.5"
length overall 165.7"
vechile width 64.8"

i need the similiar specs of what ever car the sr20det came out of, and the measures of the rear end and some general info on the motor mounts. pics would help too. I like nissan motors and it is this swap or an 89 325i BMW. The nissan seems to fit better so please lend me a hand!

That is gonna be a crazy swap, especially wiring.....there has been a 89 golf that had a GTi-R SR20DET in it and it was succesful..... but the 325i idea has been done many many times..... in the far Eastern countires like thailand and cambodia, many have sr20 pwrd older BMW's....... Best of luck brodda..... gonna try and find you the measurements you need....

ive seen SR and b16 powered austin mini's...but this is gettig outta control...these specs arent what you need, you need engine dimensions, tranny dimensions(from a sentra se-r of course(or the new sentras have the SR in the SE, but those SR's arent the normal rocker head designs, their like the KA24DE cam-on-bucket design...)...
