solid lifters

im having an engine rebuild done and the lifters are bad so should i replace them wiith OEM lifters or aftermarket solid lifters?

If you use solid lifters you may need to make adjustments to your valve train more often. Hydraulic lifter basically self-adjust so you don't have to perform as much maintenance. Either one can produce plenty of power, I'd use solid lifters if I were building a race motor but the OEM are fine for most applications.

thanks for the info i think i will stay with OEM.

where can i get new oem lifters for a s13 redtop?

are they the same as the lifters as the ones on the sentra SE-R?
