Rebuilding the SR, Torque Specs ??

I am going to rebuild my SR20DET (S13) but I cant seem to find torque specs for the internals?

and bolt patterns ???

Main caps, rod caps, head bolts, intake, oil pan, oil pump, etc etc...

Also, I have not seem anyone O-ring these blocks before.
And If i choose to upgrade the pistons/rods/crank Besides the stroke/bore options, what else is there? what aftermarket or typically used companies carry better bottom end components for the SR?

go to zilvia.net and download the FSM. that will give you any torque specs you need along with the torque procedures for everything. the only thing is if you upgrade to ARP bolt then the torque specs will be different.

internals: i am having my engine rebuilt right now and am upgrading to wiseco forged pistons and eagle forged rods. cp pistons are also good and only cost a little more. there are also crower rods but they are double the price of eagle rods.

i got my parts from enjukuracing.com (sr20detperformance.com for parts). the rods were 350$ and the pistons were 470$. i never hear of people upgading the crank shaft so if yours is still within spec it should be ok.

If you buy ARP studs, they will come with installation instructions. Scott has said that their torque numbers could use some work to keep the HG from leaking, so I'll let him chime in on that one.

I bought CP Pistons from Barnett Performance and Development for $490.00, FYI. I got the 86.5mm (0.5mm overbore) at the stock 8.5:1 CR. I was able to reuse my crank and rods, but got ARP main bolts, rod bolts, and head bolts, also from BP&D. I am going back with OEM bearings for my rebuild too.

If you want some more detailed information, feel free to PM me and I can talk to you on AIM sometime if need be. I am currently working on a page for my website on how to rebuild a SR20DET, including all the things you want to do with yours.
