Alright, I had a message on my voicemail from the place I bought my motor. Sounds like they're going to replace my motorset with a low milage blacktop once I send mine back (I gotta pull the motor, not sending back the whole clip). Only problem is I have to pay shipping both ways (about $225 each way). I personally think that's bullshit but to be honest with you, I just want to get started on this project, it's driving me crazy. I got a good deal on the clip too so it's honestly just going to come out about the same if I had just bought a clip somewhere else. Lesson learned here is find out who the engine is actually coming from and don't buy from Osaka.

I got a somewhat revised list of parts I'm planning to order as well. I'm still working out who I'm ordering from but hopefully get it all together soon.

ACT 6 puck disk with extreme PP
Exedy chromemoly flywheel 12lb
Koyo Radiator S13/SR20 application
3" stainless DP (just a generic)
Nismo motor and tranny mounts
Walbro 255lph hi pressure pump
300zx fuel filter (not really sure if there's a difference but everybody seems to recommend it, I'm replacing teh stock one anyway)
Greddy 60mm electronic peak/hold/warning boost EGT and oil pressure gauges

Only real thing I have left is to figure out some sort of electric fan setup and get everything here. I've been basically holding on everything till I know exactly what was going on with the clip and I'm going to talk to the guy tomorrow and confirm everything and get started. I've seen a dual fan pull setup online a few place for around $200 that you can just basically wire to a swtiched 12v to function constantly. I'll probably end up going with something like that for simplicity's sake. Here's hoping I can get started soon.
