i bought a S15's T28 turbo brand new one. what else i should do to make it work in my stock SR red top with minium cost? do i need to re-program the ecu?
as long as you don't turn up the boost, you won't need to do anything but get it bolted up.
You'll eventually want to get bigger injectors, probably a bigger maf, and and the fuel management to take care of those to take full advantage of the turbo
your car will run rich but it should be ok if you have a good fuel pump. Youll get quite a reasonable gain from that turbo - probably a reliable 240-250 rwhp total
