Signs of a bad 02 sensor

What are some signs of a bad 02 sensor?
I think I might have a bad one,
I'm getting some hesitation sometimes. From a stop in 1st gear, it build boost but no real speed is being gained, kinda feels like someone stuck a banana in the exhaust, or going up a steep hill towing 5,000 lbs. If I shut the car off and restart it clears up and back to normal.

Any suggestions?
