Stupid Question

Hey guys,
This is going to sound like a stupid question but I'm still pretty new regarding knowledge of Nissan's. Any ways, my question is, do any of you know of websites or places you can get Silvia's? I'm not going to go out and buy one, but I was just wondering how you could get them. I think they are awesome, but I've never driven one and I was just wanting some more info on how to get them and where. Thanks for tolerating my ignorance, . Thanks again!

Try motorex, they do skylines mostly, but maybe they can get a silvia.

I think I already checked there and didn't see anything about silvias. I guess I could submit a question to them. Thanks!

nobody imports silvias. motroex could do it but the price of importing a silvia would be outrageous.. kinda like the skyline..

the total cost between importing a skyline and a silvia will be about the same.. also i guess there's some other importing business/laws and crap so that they can't import silvias..

That sucks. I swear I've seen silvias in the states though. Not many but one or two. Maybe not. Thanks!

maybe it was a 240sx with a silvia s13 or s15 front end conversion. a lot of peple are doing those..even on acura integras... (ruining nissan..jkjk)

yes it is a bummer that there are no real silvias in the states..

there are true silvias in the US, and it is possible to make it legal. but, it costs way to much so very few get imported. it's cheaper to take a 240sx and swap the motor for an SR,CA,RB or whatever. there are shops that will import the car and make it legal or tell you how to make it legal. and there is at least one S15 in the US that is legalized, done by the same corporation motorex uses, and owns.

a silvia is only a silvia if it's sr20de or sr20det. i see it that way. if it has a ka24, then it's 240. simple as that, and you might see the emblem "silvia" on their cars, well that's what it really is in a way, but it isnt truly a silvia
