what year of s13 motor do i have?

alright, after searching the net and searching this forum no one has mentioned how to distinguish what year of s13 sr20det blacktop you have. i know the s13 blacktop can range from 94-98 and are the same motor year after year but what i'm wanting to know is how can do i tell what year of motor i have? seems to me from seeing pictures on the net maybe the intake manifold is different? but don't quote me on that, i couldn'tbe sure. anyways i was just wondering if theres any little significant features/codes on the engine that will tell me what year its really from.

That's the dashboard dimmer switch.
