MAF SENSOR

Ok my brotha just moved back to NH wit a 240 with the sr swap done to it with the swap it came with the front clip and shit. now the MAF that he used in it was actully from a KA24de motor he would put that in for drifting for some reason better performance? but the question is, he lost the MAF or someone stole the SR MAF box and Sensor does he need the SR MAF or can he rig it to make it work with out it. had apex controller but that was stolen out of car when moving back up... so thats out of the question is there anyother MAF that would work for a temp. solution so he is not burning so rich all the time thanks

then why would it be running so rich, and how do u figure the sr is a 2.0 and the ka is a 2.4 so wouldnt the ka need a higher fuel to air ratio then the sr?

well you gotta also consider that the ka is not a turbo engine and the sr is. so you would actually need more for the sr than the ka and the sr has larger fuel injectors

its another reason why when people upgrade their turbo on the sr, they also upgrade. the maf from a 300zx or from a ford lightning
