SR20DET spark plug well?

ok so i got my new spark plug well gaskets from heavy throttle and i took out the coil packs and had oil in my 2 cylinder which was suspected since i was missing the #2 gasket(reason i bought from heavy throttle) and i also noticed that in my #4 cylinder the spark plug well was a goldish color(not plugs because i changed those recently)...does that mean a bad coil pack or bad fuel injector? Also taking off the nuts to get the valve cover off is a bitch, i got a few of the nuts off but some of them are coming out screw and all(rubber piece with metal piece and the screw the goes into the actual head...is that bad if i take them out that way? Seems there is nothing to do make the nut come off alone...wd40 is soaking as we speak....thanks and fast answers would be greatly appreciated

the studs screw on the head so its normal. when you reinsert the studs use lock tight so that it doesnt re occur the goldish color could be just from heat.
