well, since it's fuel related, let's run through the fuel system. is the pump priming? is it getting power? are the lines on correctly? is the fuel filter clogged? what about the fuel rail, is it getting fuel to it? are the injectors opening? are they connected right? you said you pulled the fuel rail off, but did you try disconnecting the fuel line to the rail and priming the pump? go outside, and test these things..

yes, we know that the pump is working, we took the line off and turned the motor over and plenty of fuel came through the line. I'm beginning to think that it is the ECU, because there shouldn't be anhy other reason that the injectors aren't opening. (They are NISMO 550cc)

was it tuned for the 550cc injectors? have you tried pulling the fuel rail out, and then trying to crank it to see if the injectors are spraying? if you're getting fuel up to the fuel rail, then i don't know what to tell you. if the ecu is the culprit, then you're set for relatively cheap. if it's not, then i'd begin to question the wiring.
