Oil leak on sr20det

Yea so i just bought this 240sx and im trying to take the motor out of it. I was taking off intercooler piping and there was some oil in the pipes. When the car was running oil was also spraying out of the BOV. The guy that owned the car must have knew about the problem cuz he had a ragg chillin in the intercooler. Theres also some oil that made it too the TB and IM. Any ideas on what may be going on? And when I took of the piping from the intake side of the turbo oil spilled out. I didnt drain the oil before hand so would that be normal?

Thanks.

Well back to the turbo. I took apart the turbo and you can see how oil is getting through to the exaust and intake side of the turbo. I dont have the right tool to get to the part were oil and coolant run through, but is there seals in there with a bearing? Dont you think that the seals have just gone bad?

I was thinking about getting a rebuild kit to see if that fixes the problem. about 75$ for one I think.
