crank bolt? Torque spec? Pulley removal?

Hello the front crankpulley seal is leaking. We plan on getting a replacment oil pump/front cover and replace the crank bolt.

What method is used to remove the crank pulley on the sr20det? Is a 3 jaw puller used is a longer bolt needed? What tools are needed?

What is the torque spec for the crank pulley bolt?
Were can i get a repalcement crank pulley bolt for the sr20det I want to get a new bolt because the crank pulley stretches when used once.

also what is the torque spec of the front cover?

Thank you very much.

Here's what the crank puller looks like.

The torque spec for the crank bolt is: 142 - 152 Nm

The torque spec for the front cover is: 6.4 - 7.4 Nm
