I am at a loss here, I purchased a 1993 SR20DE out of an nissan (SE-R of course). I had it put in my 1993.5 Infiniti G20. Now my mechanic says the install was fine but the wiring harness wont work. He's tried a wiring harness for an auto g20, also from a nissan SE-r, he called the dealer and they said it just won't work. WHY? Its the same engine, there must be some way to make it work.

Problem 1.

The old Nissan engine was a from a manual and the Infiniti G20 was an auto.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Both highport engines? ( I would guess since it's a 93.5 but ?)
