Changing the Coolant

looks like this is if you're going to drain all the coolant out of the block too, if you're going to change coolant for maintenance reasons take it somewhere that does a flush with a machine, not a flush and fill an actualy coolant flush, using a machine from someone like Wynn's etc. We use Wynn's equipment at work, the service runs about $90, takes an hour and gets almost all the coolant changed, gets the right 50/50 mix in and gets all the air bled out of the system.

The Factory Service Manual procedure above does all of that, you do it yourself, and the only cost is for anti-freeze.

what is this Temporary Radiator Cap that they be referring to?

It is a radiator cap with a wire installed as shown next to Step 14 above.

Lew, the low-port B13 does not have the extra relief thingamabob. At least, mine doesn't.
