well....

for one... since this post was up... i have come to be told that the 200sx has a different cat so the 98 Greddy fits exactly on the sentra. so no cut and weld.

secondly... i dont really care for the styling of the stromung. i know how much people on here will hate to hear it. I dont just want my car to go fast... i want it to look pleasing to ME!

okay your going to have to explain that one... Stromung has a double walled stainless tip with perforated center... the GReddy is just a big stainless single wall tip...

But your opinion counts most....it's your car

You sure you just don't like the GReddy logo more?

Simma down now

Well let's now get into any arguments. They're both good quality systems, Stromung still on top (IMO). At this point let's just leave it at a matter of preference.

i have been into imports for a long long time....

i am by no means a all show no go. but i do like my ride to look nice.... i feel that the best of both worlds can be had! do 17" rims really weigh my car down enough to matter to me? NOPE! things like that..... but will i either be swaping a BB into the sentra or going with a new GTI 1.8T within the next 8 monthes... YEP! and will they be fast... YEP! and will they look good? YEP!

greddy is a good name... but mainly i think that when it comes to actual performance they would be about the same. so when i weigh them the only thing that matters is the looks. and the fact that the greddy is like $50-100 cheaper.... if im not mistaken. i have a quote for $430 for the greddy.

if i really could have my way i like the styling of the apex N1 muffler the best... but i want a full catback and not a custom. less headaches. and if apex makes a catback for the sentra then i have been looking in the wrong place.... please clue me in.

Talking catback for a 98 SE

Hey-
If you like the Apex'i N1 soooo bad, check out www.sr20development.com. He custom makes cat-back exhausts for most B13/B14/B15 applications so that you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding a muffler shop that does mandrel bends. I think that for our car, his price for a 2.25" exhaust is $525. Not too bad for the high quality hand workmanship. You also have the option of adding on a silencer, or anodized muffler colors. Just an idea.

-BEN

p.s. Ask for Chris and tell him that Ben sent you.
