how do you know if your engine has a roller cam without taking it apart and looking at it

When just looking at the RR S, the valve cover is a little taller to accomodate the oil seperator box, which is located inside of the motor, like in this pic:




For comparison, on the regular SRs, the oil seperator sits outside the motor, like in this pic:
