Unhappy Oil Leak

While coming home from the Dentist's Office, my low oil light came on. I pulled over a noticed a pretty steady drip from my oil pan.
My initial guess was it was the oil plug gasket; however upon furthur examination I see oil above that.

Any other ideas?

Also, how often do I need to change the washer?

You should be able to tell at a glance if it's just the plug or not. If there is oil anywhere above the plug on the oilpan or on the block it's not the plug. Common places for leaks are the lower oil pan gasket, front main seal, timing cover seal and knock sensor seal. A main seal isn't that big of a deal but a timing cover would take a lot longer. My leak is likely one of those two. You should never have to change that washer since it's plastic and should last forever. I've never heard of someone having a leak there, which leads me to think that your leak is something else, although I hope for your sake that it's something that simple. The

I'm thinking there may be a leak in my oil pump, I can't actually see where it's actually leaking oil, but, looking up, it's the highest poin on which I see oil.

Anyone ever have an oil pump replaced? How much was it?

I can't be your oil pump, that's inside the block. It could most likely be the lower or upper oil pan, or the front main seal. Is it comin' from the back or side of the engine?
