need to know about aftermarket gauges

Ok i bought some aftermarket gauges for the oil pressure and water temp but im not sure how to hook them up. im guessing the oil psi gauge will need the t adapter and where can i get one of those, and the temp gauge i have no clue where to place the sender. if you know anything about these things please reply

Thanks

You will either have to get a T fitting for the gauge if you plan on keeping the stock "dummy" light. If you're just going to use the aftermarket gauge alone. Just take out the stock sender, and put the new one in. Make sure its the same thread.. 1/8" NPT (I think).

Its on the back of the block. GO straight under your car with a flashlight. You will see the starter on the left, right across from that is the stock dummy light sender.
