jwt CARB exempt turbo kit

I was reading the recent sport compact car. They had a section on turbo kits for various applications. There was a turbo kit offered by jim wolf technology, available in summer 03, for the 200sx se-r, nx2000, sentra se-r, and g20. As a california resident I was pleased to read that it is also is carb exempt. The kit will go for aprox. $3900. Just thought I would spread the news. Sounds to good to be true. let me know what you think.

No intercooler though, I wanna know how much it would be to get an intercooler with the kit.

They have been saying the same thing (just the year is changed) for about 2-3 years.
