Sensor on Catalytic..........???

I got an aftermarket catalytic converter which has no place for the sensor............where do i put it......???.....or should i just forget about the sensor and remove it....???....what are the negatives of taking out the sensor???????........thanks.....

The 2nd O2 sensor is for fine-tuning mixture. You'll get a CEL if you remove it. It won't affect performance as far as I know. If you're United States, your state may have issues with your tampering with the emissions system come inspection time.

thanks........yes i'm in U.S territory.....and safety inspections are just basically alignment, signal, and basic car stuff the safety guys are "kind".......thanks

i thought that that was the cat temp probe?
correct me if im wrong but i dont think i am.
i removed mine and no problem
if you look at the gauge cluster when it is apart and look at the light forgrounds you can see a cat light with heat rising form it
to tell you that your cat is too hot
mine went lit and i removed it and the light went out
huh go figure
