car shakes when driven >20 mph 92 se-r

All right, I have several problems with my car, the one listed above is just one of them. My car vibrates when driven above 20 mph the faster I go the more violently it shakes. I bought this car 6 months ago and the tires looked new and now there are a couple of cracks in them. They also look like they are drying out. I think it was the 4 for $69.99 deal. Oh and the alignment is also off. Do I need tires or just alignment and if so what kinds do you recommend. Some performance. $400 budget. Secondly my fan only blew at full speed now it does not blow at all. Thirdly, when I lift my foot of the clutch pedal there is a squealing noise that starts. Finally what is the best way to stop the water from coming into the trunk.

P.S - I live in Houston so there is no snow here just a lot of rain.

For the shake, get the tires balanced and rotated and get an alignment. For the blower problem, replace the blower motor resistor first, if that doesn't do it, then you will need a blower motor also. The noise your hearing when you let the clutch out, is the throwout bearing. Live with it or else replace the clutch assembly. It will come with a throwout bearing. The leak, you need to find out where it is coming from. Chances are, it is coming from the taillights which will need to be resealed.
